I have worked for Signature Home Care for almost 3 years now. I came from another agency and SDS and was amazed at the respect and training I was given. 

Signature really goes above and beyond for all of it's staff and clients. I would highly recommend them to care for a loved one... even one of my own. 

Within the first few months of my employment, we received our state survey and it was deficiency-free. It's so wonderful to work for a ethical and professional company.

My job is an Admin Asst... but I mainly take calls from the public, answering all sorts of questions, to help guide people with those difficult decisions that occur when a loved one or themselves need medical assistance. I pride myself in providing as much help and information as I can to each  caller, regardless of whether they become a client. 

Our Caregivers are amazing. Some of the hardest working, most companionate individuals I've ever worked with. And with the on-going training we provide to all caregivers, I love watching them grow!

Our office staff is supportive and understanding... like a big family. 

I love working for Signature Home Care.

I've worked for them for two years, and have had family that have worked for them in the past.

They're easily among the most phenomenal companies I've ever worked for. 

They genuinely care about each of their employees and each of their clients. They are CONSTANTLY doing employee appreciation celebrations and little things to make sure you know they appreciate you. 

They provide the most thorough and up to date training, far above any other Home Health company in Eugene. I've worked for a few. Providing top training means employees can provide the best care for clients, which is an opportunity I've been lucky to have been afforded. 

Some in home care companies only require their employee to have an hour of training before they're  sent in to someone's house to care for them. 

Not only does Signature provide significantly more, but the training is on going. 

There is nothing Signature won't do for you. I recommend them frequently, and will continue to do so while their doors are open.
