I really like Justin and feel he listens. My only issue was that I had a procedure they told me was covered through insurance, so I had it done. They came back telling me it wasn't. This was a difference in several hundred dollars which was why I had the billing person verify whether it was covered beforehand. They also ended up billing my wife's appointments wrong. We had to go back and forth with billing for weeks to get it corrected. It was a mess. We had to stop seeing him due to the billing issues. I know he hired a new person for this so I'm sure it's better. I do recommend him if you're looking for Naturopathic care.

We were not happy with our experience with this Dr. or office staff. My husband had been seeing him for hormone balance and sleep issues. Everything had been good but we noticed that many times the office would not return calls or they would say they would call back and then we never heard anything back. This happened 4-5 times and 2 months ago my hubby had called and said he wanted to scheduled some further tests because he was not sleeping well. The office attendant said they would call back with in a day or 2. Well they never did!! Hubby called and left a message a week later, and again we never heard back. Needless to say we found another Dr. last month.
