Honestly, what I love about this place is how down to earth it is. As soon as you are greeted and taken back... you know you're going to be taken care of. I love the procedures they do there. The skincare line they carry is only sold by a doctor. Which, I appreciate that. One more thing I'll add, Doctor Jarvis is professional and has great bedside manner. Overall, It's a fun, down to earth, professional, cute place. :)

My experience at the clinic itself was adequate, although they were generally disorganized during the check-in process. However, any friendliness that I was shown during that time went right out the window when I called to inquire about a billing issue. The receptionist fielding the inquiry was INCREDIBLY rude. She made it abundantly clear that she just didn't care about the issue. 

If you are concerned with having good customer service, and just generally feeling like you matter, do not go here. You are only a dollar amount to them, plain and simple.

Recently attended the Open House event at Willow. The staff was very friendly and informative, more than happy to answer any and all questions I had as well as others in attendance. The service was amazing as was the obvious attention to detail.  A place I will definitely return to and recommend.

Could NOT have had a better experience - professional and friendly.Team members were able to answer my questions honestly, it did not feel like they were just selling products and services. Refreshing and relaxing atmosphere. 
Thank you Willow - I'll be back to do my Christmas shopping.

I had an amazing experience. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and eager to answer any and all of my questions. They even followed up with me by phone to check on me afterwards. Talk about customer service! I will be highly recommending Willow Health and Aesthetics to all!
