I have only been in once to see my provider, Rachel Stricker, and I think she was awesome.

Truly one if the best appointments I think I have ever had, and the only one to seriously listen to my concerns and get me taken care of.

For her, i would rate 4.5-5 stars.

The office staff, on the other hand, is absolutely disappointing and so far I would rate them a 1.

Reception didn't send off orders for x-rays or prescriptions until being contacted for the 3rd time and that was when the imaging center had them fax it directly to them.

After waiting a week after my blood draw, I called (last thursday) for results and the receptionist said that they got the results back, but my provider hadn't looked at them yet. She said that she (the receptionist) should have scheduled a follow-up the next week to go over results, but she forgot.

She said she would mark it for my provider, who was out of the office until Monday  (yesterday).

I still have not heard anything.

Almost 2 weeks after blood work and still have not gotten results?

That is unacceptable to me.

I see almost every doctor there. They treat me better than any doctors Ive had yet. The only thing I would change is the computer speakers in the lobby, they short out around cell phones.

Practitioners talk down to you and don't listen to you explain what's actually going on.  They cancelled our apt on us after they said we were no show's for a previous apt that we canceled twice.  When we told them what happened they didn't apologies just insisted we didn't cancel it even though they had in their notes that we did.  We were excited about this clinic since Trillium covers it but were sadly disappointed.

Poor service, they will not call you back, they will hang up on you. Pat and Teri are both very rude and disrespectful.
I wouldn't recommend oregon integrated health to worst enemy

After reading some of the reviews I almost canceled my appt., I am so glad that I did not. I saw Pat, and she actually listened to me and what I had to say. I have not felt this good about a Dr. in YEARS. Brandi, Pats' assitant had me rolling, she is so funny..I do forget the receptionists name but she is a trooper. All I can say really is that I was treated VERY well and left feeling like I was heard.
