Very cool place with an authentic European feel and a variety of very good food, cooking and baking choices as well as a diverse choice of European beer. Though not as big of a place as one would hope, you can spend decent time looking around here.

The previous owners were awesome. They knew you by name, they conversed with you about current events, they were excellent sandwich makers and cooks. After they moved to their current location, it seems that they sold the business to the new owners. The new owners don't have a clue about customer service or the food for that matter. There's been a significant drop in food quality. The servers are unfriendly and rude. They don't even say thank you. No one goes here anymore, the business will close if they keep operating this way!

My boyfriend and I loved this place before it was sold. We knew the owners by name and they always knew our order as we were there almost every week. The new owners have destroyed the menu. The bread isn't fresh, its stale. The cold cuts smell, like they're expired or on their way out. This business will be run into the ground shortly. The customer experience there is horrific. And the menu has drastically decreased and prices have increased. Not worth it anymore. Sad to see the prior owners leave.

Disappointed! In the past I'd enjoyed stopping and getting a sandwich and they alway tasted as fresh as if grandma just baked the bread. Today I order a simple ham and swiss on rye. The bread was dry, DRY to the touch as if the bag was left open. My sandwich was $8.99 for that. Poor quality.... sorry I tipped her! I won't be back.
