Phyllica is the best! She is so friendly, very professional, and all of the waxing services I've gotten from her are always top notch. She is always on time. I always recommend her to anyone who is interested in getting waxing done.

Phyllica is the best!! 5 coworkers of mine and myself go to see her. She is always on time, does a great job with my waxing, and is always so friendly. Sometimes I forget to schedule a service and it is never a problem when I ask her if she can add it on! We all love Phyllica!

Amandamari is amazing. I've been to 3 European Wax Centers and had 3 different waxers, she is definitely the best. I got my underarms and Brazilian, she is so thorough and made it as fun as getting hair ripped off you can possibly be.

My experience with Phyllica was very bad I will never book a appt. with her again. Normally I book my appt. with Alejandra and Amanda Marie whom take there time and actually seem very experience. If you decide on choosing this location I recommend either of the two. Phyllica went back and forth waxing two different areas at the same time which neither Alejandra or Amanda Marie have ever done. Phyllica left wax on my face too long causing bumps days later. I have never had this issue ever before and current have not changed anything in my skin care routine. I contacted European Wax Center and was given a credit to use in the future. I also requested that a manager call me in regards to this issue which never happen, I complained about management not contacting me and was told that they left a voicemail which never happen. Update: I was contacted by a supervisor and they will address the wrong doing issues with Phyllica. & added a credit to my account!

Drove from Fayetteville to Europeans Wax Center, because the one I usually go to in Colorado is amazing and I always have a great experience. I asked for underarm and Brazilian at first. Then when I arrived I asked for a lower leg as well. I've never gotten my legs waxed before and the lady was fully aware. When I got my Brazilian, I noticed she never waited for the wax to thoroughly dry before pulling, causing it to yank on my hairs but she couldn't fully pull it off me. There was one time where she tried to pull and then stopped and I looked at her confused. She told me she would wait for it to dry a bit more. WTH. My hairs were too long she said, so she cut it, but not enough as it was getting caught. Once as she tried to pull, but the hair would not budge, she actually had to cut under the wax during my Brazilian. Imagine how awful it feels to have hair stuck and a sharp object poking you and cutting too close to your skin. Not pleasant. Then once she said she was done, I examined the area and there was still so much hair! She kept blaming it on ingrowns and hair under the skin, but when I asked her to apply more wax and try again, it came off perfectly fine. I had to request multiple more waxes to get a mediocre and not professional Brazilian wax by the end of my appointment. Now moving on to legs. I got lower legs which includes the knees. She did not get my knees. And when I asked her to, she did a half ass job and only got the caps and not the sides. I had to clarify with her what the lower leg included and when she verified it was the knees I asked her does this area count, pointing out the sides, she said yes and I had to complain multiple times that there was still hair there. After she said she was done with the legs, I felt and it was still so prickly! I could have gotten the same result from shaving and saving myself $36. She said she would ask if it was possible for me to not get charged for the lower legs, mind you I was already planning on getting a package deal and returning for underarms and Brazilian again, spending well over $200 as a returning customer. The manager said there was nothing she could do, not even a discount, except give me a free touch up in 5 days. I told her I'm originally from Colorado and am on TDY here in Ft. Bragg, NC Active Duty Army, which is an hour and a half away and the free touch up along with a single sample of polish was the best they could do for me. Last time I ever drop money at European Wax Center again. I will take my customer loyalty elsewhere and support another business. I've never been so disappointed with horrible quality staff. BTW: my wax professional's name was Erin. Oh also when I was naked from the waist down she opened the door and left it open for everyone to see!!!! Talk about a mortifying experience!!!!
