Been a regular here since January 2014 and never had a problem. They were even very friendly when I went in last month to cancel my membership due to financial trouble. I feel bad about cancelling my membership but the staff were still very friendly and didn't seem insulted/offended that I was cancelling. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 since they raised their price from $59.99 to $65. Other Massage Envy's still charge the $59.99 if I recall correctly. But excellent customer service, excellent massage quality, very friendly staff who know me by time, and never feel pressured to buy anything here. I will really miss the staff of this Massage Envy after a full 3 1/2 years of coming here, but I hope they understand it is nothing personal. I might rejoin in the future. Everything in life unfortunately has a beginning and an end. ;) Great location and great staff but removed 1 star due to high price. Finally removed 1 star because of their strict cancellation/no-show policy but that should be expected in any business. If you don't show up without a valid reason you end up having to pay for the service.

Quite literally the best massage I've ever had. Ashely is the real deal. You will not be disappointed if you book with her. What an incredible place. Nice, kind, and genuine staff who really care. What a great experience!!

Bought a membership several years ago, no regrets. I look forward to every massage and they have done a fabulous job of keeping my migraines away with medications. Some of the best money I spend monthly. And so flexible that I can typically get same or next day appointments if I fail to plan ahead.

Ashley was awesome, I highly recommend her! Great experience with wonderful and friendly staff made the whole experience very positive and relaxing.

My husband and I wanted some relaxation and last minute they were able to schedule us and provide the massages in the couples room. We were very pleased with our massages and therapists! Thank you so much! We will be back.
