The staff are very professional & I love the decor. I have had my brows threaded a few times there and tinted once. They introduced me to brow powder which I liked better on me and found it to be very natural looking. I would recommend Lotus to anyone looking for brow threading and Brazilian waxing.

Worst experience ever. Never going back. Did everything in a hurry. Cut me while doing eyebrow threading still was not careful, cut me again while threading upper lip. And I can still feel the burn from yesterday’s waxing. I would prefer spending more dollars and going to a good a salon where they treat you like a human!

Where do I even begin? I would definitely recommend this salon! The owner truly listened to what I wanted, explained the process and what she would recommend and I couldn't be more happy with the outcome! The Best haircut I ever got so far. I got lots of compliments.The salon is absolutely adorable, and reasonably priced as well! I loved the atmosphere and felt very welcomed from the start! I will definitely be a returning customer 😃

Energetic and efficient workers.Having lot of patience to handle multiple task with frequent interruptions .Resonable fee for all the services.The salon is very clean and professional.Located in the main business area and easy to access for all.I will strongly recommend this place to others in our community.Keep rocking girls!

The owner their is absolutely rude and unprofessional, none of the employees nor the owner is dressed properly, she's always wearing leggings and some tshirt. If you're going to run a business then know how to treat your customers and dress appropriately. Threading for eyebrows are quick and cheap, but cheap price doesn't do justice for how rude she is to you. If you ask her to fix something on your eyebrows/if you're not completely satisfied, she'll give you and even worse attitude and tell you that's how it should look and argue with you saying why she shouldn't fix what you wanted. Why can't she just happily change it for the customer satisfaction? Never again will I go there!, don't recommend.
