I was visiting Virginia this month. I accidentally stoped by this hidden gem! I walked in and lucky enough to get a 60 mins body massage right away! The place is clean and people are nice. The skill is also awesome. Definitely recommend!

This is a nice place to get a massage. The front staff is friendly and the massage therapists are nice. My first massage could have been much better, but the ones after that were pretty nice and relaxing. I guess I couldn't enjoy the massages as much because they were prenatal massages. I can't comment on the regular massages. I don't agree with the pressure to sign people up for monthly massages. I know some massage centers like to do that, but I've never felt comfortable by sales pitches and the feeling of obligation to sign up. Although Elements Massage is a nice place, I prefer to go to another place in Irvine. The owner is super friendly and his therapists give excellent massages at that particular place, and there is never any pressure to give your debit card number to be charged every first of the month, whether you feel like getting a massage or not. Yes you can cancel the membership with Elements at any time, but I'd rather not go through the hassle of signing up and remembering to cancel before the card is charged. I prefer the freedom to make my own schedule and pay as I go. If you prefer to get a massage every month at a discounted rate though, membership may be right for you.

It's horrible place for nassage. Therapist who calls Ann has no experience. You will just waste your time and money. They ask for payment and tips before the service. They prefer to pay cash than credit cards. I went last time and one of them ask for more tips after I tipped her. So I don't recommend anyone to go there. And she sets at the chair all the rime. Also they answer the phone and let people open the door while your massage session. It's really ridiculous and unprofessional.

This store is very good, shop service enthusiasm, price concessions, every time to her home to do massage! Will come later

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT GO HERE! FALSE ADVERTISING! This place has signs everywhere and advertisements on their website for a $45 hour long Swedish massage. They do not give Swedish massages nor know what one is. When I got there, I asked for the $45 Swedish massage and they asked me five times if I could do a deep tissue for $60 instead. I said no, and they proceeded to give me their version of a Swedish massage which consisted of the lady lightly dragging her hands of my back, almost like a tickle. There was ZERO pressure, no pressure whatsoever. She asked if it was ok and I said no I'd like a massage, some pressure, please. She then told me that ANY pressure costs extra and is considered a deep-tissue massage. After arguing with both ladies (who by the way, don't speak more than 15 words of English max) we agreed on a 30 minute "deep tissue massage" for $40, total rip off. The deep tissue was way too hard and painful, not what I wanted. They either tickle you with no pressure or they do it as hard as they can, there is no in between. After the "massage", I asked to see their certifications. They then informed me that neither of them had received any training or education on massages and were not certified. I don't even know if this place is legal.
