The place is clean, but the atmosphere is awkward, it feels like no one wants you there. I had my eyebrows threaded and now I'm stuck with one decent eyebrow and one butchered one. They are completely uneven and even though I said "not thin" and had drawn on where I wanted the shape, the girl from the front desk gave me shoestring eyebrows, and UNEVEN ones at that. She also cut me, so I have a little scar on my eye lid too. I did not get a refund and didn't tip. I'd never go back, they have terrible threading skill and mediocre customer service.

Here for eyebrows threading with sophie and she's wonderful.

I have been to a few different threading places and I have to honestly say that this one is the best. They are very gentle and clean. I had a huge break out problem with waxing and other threading places. I have never had a problem here. They are also very fast and convenient.

Might be a great place but one of their stylists kept harassing me once they had my info, great way to scare off a potential repeat customer.
