I really really wanted to give a high review, the whole trade and sign deal went smooth. Then we drove our newish car and made it almost home and now it won't start. It has to be jumped every time. I understand battery's go south but this shouldn't be a issue the first day off a lot. Then while we were driving our newish car puts out this terrible smell whenever you use the dual climate control and AC. Something that should have been fixed before it should even be listed for sale on a dealership lot. We like our car but this should not be the way a dealer should let anything with its name on it roll out of their lot like this.

I would like to thank Shawn and his staff for their expertise in assisting me with the purchase of a 2014 Toyota Mini Van. They were very professional and took care of all the details with my purchase. The price they charged me was the least expensive that I could find in Salt Lake City. I will be sure to refer others to Exclusive Cars and will be back again in the future.

Don't buy from this place if you are dealing with shawn. This guy has no common courtesy in business. He is a scum bag car sales man, he has the odasity to call himself a finance manager when he can't even get everyone approved. If you are looking for high end vehicles you are better off looking other places. Stay away from doing business here.

Sorry this is long, but I felt that all of this info would be useful if working with this company. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS, THEY WILL SCAM YOU! FYI: some of the 5-star review for this company are from employees, kind of seems like a conflict of interest! I bought a gorgeous jeep. Sales was a joke, as they made me feel guilty for asking $1000 lower than their price (even when BlueBook listed it $2500 lower than their price). Said they wouldn't be able to feed their families (eyeroll, this car was bought at an auction, so I know they got it for an extremely low price). Also treated me like a dumb-girl and told me that I would have to pay additional for the soft top that was pictured in the ad. Brought my guy-friend back and then they finally agreed to give me the soft top that was in picture. DAY TWO: I noticed it was leaking oil. DAY THREE: the engine light came on. I called Exclusive Cars, they said they would charge me $$ to fix because I didn't buy the extended warranty (which their sales guy told me I wouldn't need - DO NOT TRUST THEM). DAY FOUR: jeep wouldn't start, I had to jump-start it. I've had two jump-start it since. Brought it to my mechanics, who said the catalytic converter needed to be replaced, it also has a crack in the upper oil pan, and a battery that won't hold a charge. Totaling over an additional $2000 dollars to repair. BIGGEST QUESTION: How could a car that needs this much work, pass the safety and emissions test???? I've met with SL County, who has asked me to report to SL DMV. I'm also in the process of reporting to BBB.
