I went in to get an oil change and they did a really good job, Shane made sure that we didn’t have to wait even though we didn’t have an appointment and he was really helpful. The dealership was really clean and everyone we met was very helpful and friendly. They also gave us a quote for new tires and it was the best price I’ve been able to find. I will be coming back here again next time I need car maintenance.

Terrible experience with dishonest dealership. First I made it clear what rate I was willing to pay over a 72 month loan. I got a call back that we had a deal and they could do my rate. Turns out they lied and had increased the rate by 3 months without telling me. Not a fair way to do business! Then I get my truck home and as I am setting the electronics up realise the truck that was advertised in bold to have GPS did not?! These people are liars and cheats. They will not do anything about getting me GPS, so now I am out $800 if I want to install what they advertised it to have. Do not deal with Salt Lake Valley GMC, they are dishonest and do not care about you as a customer.

My wife and I were traveling home from our vacation when I hit a piece of steel on the interstate about 12 miles out of SLC.  It completely ruined my right front tire and the wheel.  I contacted Jacob at 7:30 a.m. the next morning and he got me in at 8:30 a.m. Upon arrival he greeted me and took the car right in to evaluate the work that needed to be done.  At 10:30 a.m. I pulled out of the dealership completely fixed up.  I was more than impressed with the service I received at Salt Lake Valley Buick!!

Great service!  Once I called in to get the recall fixed on my 2011 Buick Regal. I had a couple of outlying things I needed to be priced out and taken care of. The dealership matched what I found online for the part. It was the shifter so I felt more comfortable having the dealership take care of installation. 
One negative, there was confusion on whether we would be charged for programming of another key FOB. Initially, it was understood it was a smart key and no need to be charged for programming. When we picked up the car, there was a $60 charge for programming. In the big scheme of things $60, no big deal.

The service department is great! They got us in on the day we requested, did a great job on the service and washed my vehicle. We're very happy and will be back.
