I've been very happy with my purchase and will buy another Jeep from them again when the time comes. They've always treated me fair, gone the extra mile, and followed through with all their commitments. They gave me three free services when I purchased my Jeep and they had no problem following through with their commitment as promised. Then they offered me another three services for only $100, which I thought was a very good value. They've saved me hundreds of dollars in services that didn't need to be done. I took my Jeep in to get new brakes and after checking them they said, "Your brakes are still good. I could have replaced them but it would just be a waste of money. You've got another six months to go before you will need to check again." I was totally blown away! They really do care about customers, giving honest service and good value. You've won my business for life!

Sept 2017 I needed a repair on my Dodge. called and given a note go $722+ tax. brought the car in as scheduled and again confirmed $722 + tax. 2 hours later I get a phone call. the price was changed from $722 +tax to $1150 + tax. with no additional repairs needed. their explanation was the repair requires additional gaskets not calculated. $400 in Gaskets Are they made from Gold by Hand ? Thats a 60% increase in price. their quotes are computerized. shouldn't the Quotes be as close to Actual as possible. AGAIN the increase was NOT DUE TO ADDITIONAL REPAIRS it was a CHANGE IN PRICE of the QUOTED Repair. BAD BUSINESS POLICY. Needless to say the car will be repaired by a different shop. One good experience with a recall. and ONE VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with a paid repair. 60% increase on a quoted job for Gaskets and minor parts. If you Quote a Price you should Honor that price. If you didn't calculate all the parts needed for the specific repair you are at fault. I am used to mechanics saying ti needs additional repairs and inflating the cost. this is the first time they changed the price of the quoted repair because they didn't calculate all of the parts they would need for that repair.

Worked with Adrian at this location. Great guy, super nice and personable. We were looking for a specific vehicle and they had something close but not quite what we were after. Let us take what they had for a drive and then pitched what they could do for us. Offer on trade in was pretty (very?) low but we knew the car wasn't what we were after anyway. Actually ended up simply selling the mentioned trade in to CarMax for 40% better than their initial offer. Yeah, they low balled it pretty good. I'd recommend this dealer but be sure to get fair value on your trade in.

Watch what you sign, read everything they write carefully. They missed diagnosed my vehicle multiple times, and messed with things to create issues. Not trustworthy. No customer service. After explaining my issues just got another person who just made excuses knowing that they made mistakes. Go to any dealer but this one good luck dealing with frank. 1000 dollars Into a fix they miss diagnosed and was told I can have a few oil changes instead to make up their crooked mechanics issues. Fourth time getting my vehicle back the air controller knob turns past the end where it always stopped. Owned this vehicle over 10 years i know my vehicle, and now 1200 more in repairs.guy I dealt with took my story and acted like we were friends and did not write down any of what I told him. I will never do buisness here again.

Everyone was great to work with. They really care about their customers. We found out our truck had a recall the day we were supposed to go out of town on a road trip and they made sure to squeeze us in so it could be fixed before we went out of town. Service was very fast and friendly. I highly recommend buying at the dealership and using their service department.
