This is one of the best places I have ever worked with buying a car. I buy lots of cars and these people are the most honest people I have ever worked with. I will be coming here from now on! They treated me with such kindness and respect and I was able to get into the car of my dreams and at a great price! Everything is straight forward and there is no hassle. Thank you Lucky's! Everyone should buy a car here. Especially if they don't want to get jerked around. The sales process is so upfront and the salesmen are just honest.

Do not buy from here!!! There are other options even with bad credit!! I bought a car with them 2 years ago, my payments are FINALLY almost done. The car started having problems not even a month from when I got if their lot. The power steering went out along with a coolant leak. They tried to charge me $1000 to fix it after their "warranty" and I told them to they can take the car back or fix it but I wasn't paying a dime. Since then I've always done my regular maintenance but it's been problem after problem. Sure they help you get into a car quick, but you want to be out of it even faster. They will sell you a lemon!!!!!

Bought a dodge van a couple of months ago for my wife. Thought it was a good idea, everything went fine, now I've been doing nothing but sinking money in to this vehicle. They say they have a warranty on a lot but they have not been willing to help get stuff fixed. Told me as is when I bought it, and I understand it's a used van. But I have had to replace all the brakes, rotors, and the ac module. And now I'm going to be replacing the tires this week, on top of paying a 400 a month payment. I'm a pretty reasonable guy and even told them I would cover half if they would help out since the van is only a couple months old but no. But maybe it's just that particular vehicle. They said they just get them to pass inspection and that's it. Just be aware whenever you get a car that it could have a lot more problems than you know. 
Not saying it's a bad business but definitely would not get another car from here.

I was so excited that I got a car after riding the bus for 3 years. Service was really great and very easy. Now, let's talk about the car: AC hasn't been working, door is breaking making it difficult to open, car makes funny noise just to list a few things wrong. I also took a trip to St. George and my car ended up not working by the time I got down there and was stuck for three days, ended up having to buy a new alternator, and $300 worth of other car things to make it back up to SLC. Lucky's Auto service has offered to fix the AC only after paying $100 just to look at it. So the warranty really has only worked for changing my oil. When I had this car for the first week it worked great and then just keeps falling apart. Great service, cars not so much. Also, you might see a lot of good reviews, but that's just because they ask you to write one for them. That's before people can know that what they got into is a terrible car.

Wow. I saw the ad on facebook and my sister in law needed a car. i took her to luckys auto not expecting much and they got her into a sonata. Mike and Austin were so fun and helped her feel important.
