If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They are not dependable, and I seriously doubt they know what they are doing. I took my car to them a month ago to have the brakes replaced, due to squealing and the car not braking as well as it should, along with an indicator light on my led display that said service brakes, and they said that I had plenty of brake pad left and that my issue was a warped wheel bearing. We asked them if they were certain, because we were fairly certain it was a brake issue. They denied that there was anything wrong with the brakes. There was minimal squealing for a week or two, which we attributed to the cold and ice. However, today it got worse, and the rear tire made a terrible sound. After looking at it closely, there is absolutely no pad left, and it has scratched into the rotor badly. Upon calling them, they first lied and said we never took it to have the brakes serviced, but then walked that claim back and stated that they had inspected the brakes as requested and that they were fine. The owner then got extremely argumentative and denied everything, and lied to us about the events that had transpired. Stay away from here. I seriously doubt they even replaced the wheel bearing last visit. The only thing the owner said he could do was fix it if we went ahead and paid for the service. I would never, NEVER take my car back here.
