I had written a review of a 5 star experience back in May. We were out-of-towners whose drive shaft dropped in the middle of the highway. At first we were thrilled with the quick turn around. Unfortunately that view has changed. The reason is that the truck began squeaking. Turns out, this newly installed drive shaft was INSTALLED UPSIDE DOWN. Yes, you read that right. Upside down. They had the truck 7 days. So now we're in a battle with a local Firestone as they try to get the right part to reinstall the whole thing. Thank goodness it started while under the warranty. :(

They were very kind to take the time to fit me in, late in the day.  They balanced our car's tires and changed the oil when I needed it done, so that after working 10 days straight my husband wouldn't have to spend his day off getting our car serviced.  The service was excellent, and I appreciate the consideration very, very much.

3 months ago I was passing through Bowling Green and I decided to get my oil changed at Firestone. Not content with just an oil change, they came up with $1,250 of work  that I needed to get done, including $850. for breaks.
 I parked my car, left town and just came back this week. Concerned because I was told my car was dangerous to drive, I immediately made an appointment at another shop for breaks and an oil change, which came to $103.87 and was told my car was fine.
 So,  Bowling Green Firestone, you saw a chance to rip a single woman from out of town off for over $1000.00 and you took it. Sorry that didn't work out for you.
