Please never go to this dry cleaners in Plantation Square off of Socrum Loop Rd. I dropped my dress pants and shirt off that I'm getting married in to them on Tuesday and when I picked it up after 5:00pm yesterday I realized that it was burnt from there press and had black stains all in it from them! I asked the lady to fix it and she explained to me that her machines where off for the evening and that there was nothing that she could do!! I was so pissed! So I proceeded to ask her to refund me my money for the entire order and she calls her owner and the owner tells her that she can only refund me $2.41 for the shirt that they have now ruined🙈🙈🙈🙈not the right answer!! So I then call the owner and she tells me that I'm sorry your almost 100 dollar dress shirt isn't ruined because I'm not there to see it so all your getting is $2.41! I then asked her well if you haven't seen it to let me send her a picture of the damages and she said no! So then I said well since your the owner you need to get here and figure this out because your not offering to try and fix it and your also not offering to refund me my money for my specially fitted shirt for my wedding Friday! She then gives me a load of crap saying by her giving me $2.41 back that is being generous and is beyond what she normally would do!! You know if I wasn't using this shirt for my wedding it wouldn't be a huge deal but that fact that I am and she isn't trying to resolve this issue now made me more pissed off!! So I then told her look! My stuff wasnt is damaged before I brought it to you, you did this and it needs to be fixed like now! Or I will call the police!! She then proceeded to tell me well call them I'm not giving you $20.00 back for your entire order! I had to walk out I was so pissed and had tears in my eyes! So luis goes in and the lady working there is now crying! He ask her why she's crying and she said I'm so sorry I know this shirt is for your special day and it's obvious that we did this... so I refunded you all of your money but my boss just fired me over the phone and told me not to come back to work in the morning!! Now I'm irate!! What kind of customer service is this company providing!!!
