Piss Poor Performance! This place does not know what is means to provide a 'good customer experience.' Made an order and they just cancelled. Not the first time I had a bad experience with this food delivery company, but I thought I would try one more time since it was about the food from the restaurant; and not the delivery company. Bad mistake. I called to express my disgust, especially since the first time I just let it go. The one lady stated Ahmed is the owner.  He needs to get out of the delivery business and take all his unprofessional, rude staff with him. Avoid this business. It's time for All who gave this place a poor rating to get a campaign going to Shut This Place Down!

Dropped my food and it was ruined. Two chili orders and both opened and mixed in a plastic bag. I get accidents happen, but $50 is a lot to scrape a damn meal out of a plastic bag. When I tried for either a refund or new order, I got a complete runaround and absolutely no help.

These people are thieves! First, they charge you a higher price than what the restaurant charges, then they had a 5.99 delivery fee, then they charge you 10% of the marked up price. They say these fees are normal but do not disclose any of this when you place your order . My $19 order came out to $36 with all of their fees. This place should go out of business.

Two out of four times we ordered food from Express Entree they never showed up or called and after 3 hours, ordering from a restaurant less than 15 min away, found that they never placed the order. Avoid the aggravation.
