I ordered ahead, got the restaurant after 25 min and after paying, waited another 20+ min for them to finally see that my food had been sitting in the warmer the whole time. I fumed out as my kids had been waiting for dinner. I get home to see the cheesy bread has no sauce, the pizzas were not made with the crust flavor I ordered and I received the wrong dessert. I called to complain and the manager was incredibly rude and said I missed my name being called (I was 5 feet from the counter the whole time) and since I "seemed fine" when i was there she would only remake the missing items so, a thing of sauce?? So if had acted like a jerk I would've gotten my money back?? I do not have time to make a 2nd trip out of my way when I have to get my kids to bed and I've already wasted an extra half hour at this point. What a joke. Never ordering from here again. Would leave zero stars if I could.

At an hour and 15 minutes late and 7 calls later, they finally picked up their phone so I could cancel my order. I have any idea how a restaurant can be this bad. Their phone was ringing for like 20 minutes from my calls. One time, someone took it off the hook and just sat it on the counter so I could hear the background noise of the restaurant. I would recommend any other restaurant before this place.

The inside looks nice with the new redesign. The food was alright. The bread sticks were warm and had. As if they been sitting out for a while. The pizza was not warm not cold. More like room temperature.

I didn't know that it takes 30 minutes to make 2 orders of breadsticks. I wanted a pizza to have for my fantasy draft. So i ordered a pizza online but when i get to the checkout,, PizzaHut wanted to steal $4 from me as a delivery fee. I was forced to go get the pizza instead and when i got there, I decided to get an order of Breadsticks to go with my pizza. BUT SINCE WHEN DOES AN ORDER OF BREADSTICKS TAKE A HALF HOUR TO MAKE? I come home after 45 minutes and missed the beginning of my Fantasy Football Draft in a league where there is punishment for not making the start of the draft. I HAD TO GIVE UP DAVANTE ADAMS AS PUNISHMENT! I'm never eating Pizza Hut again!
