The clothing here is exceptionally good quality and looks amazing. My friends and I always check here first before going to any other store for a new look. Sizes are true and the clearance section is just as amazing as the full price items. I would recommend Express to anyone looking for something a little different to add to their wardrobe!

Most of the workers are friendly and helpful. However, there is this one lady that almost always seems to be there each time I go. I think she is the manager. Every time I have visited this store, which is quite frequent, she has never bothered to help me. She stands there and watches me shop or when she sees me walking over she suddenly has something to do and walks to a different area of the store. Once when I did ask her a question, she seemed to have an attitude and gave me a short response before walking away. Whoever this lady is she needs to be fired. She acts like she is above everyone.

Not one sales clerk attempted to help us while we looking around, but the store is clean and clothes are nicely separated by aize.

What horrible service. Everyone that works here is unexperienced and don't know what they're doing... I bought a pair of pants from here to wear to a wedding, as I get ready to put them on I realized they left the security tag on them. I had to drive all the way back to the mall to have them take it off and was almost 2 hrs late for the wedding. A week later - Monday, I bought a shirt to wear for my birthday, get home to hang it in the closet and find the tag on it. This time it's a different cashier. I went back yesterday to get it took off and found out who left the security tag was a manager. She was acting like it was my fault, as if I was the one who was supposed to clip off the tag when I bought the damn shirt. I told her about what happened a week ago, all she kept saying was "I'm sorry"... She could have at least discounted the shirt. I wasted a full tank of gas driving to Express this week. Thank you Express for wasting my time and money. I will never come back.
