No other location compares to this one. Excellent selection and world class customer service. Rickie Cannon provides by far the highest level of customer service out there. Personal touch and attention to detail really make him and his personal brand stand out. If you're in need of professional dress clothes or style advice Rickie is the guy to go to.

Went to return sweater that was defective. Obviously if they don’t enter your sale correctly in their system they can’t exchange a $135 dollar sweater for a new one. Terrible experience deserves zero stars!

I arrived in St. Louis last week for an interview and my suit was a mess from the travel- being late in the evening I quickly found the closest Jos A Bank location and worked with Gentry at the location. He quickly took my suit to the back and brought it back looking like new. I am so appreciative for the quality suits they have but more for the service they provide. Thank you Gentry for making me look sharp for the interview!

We in on September 16th 2016, around 8:30 pm to look at the tuxedo options and colors available to start getting an idea of which company we would like to use for our vows renewal next June. The gentleman working told us that we shouldn't even be looking right now and needed to wait. (In a rather rude tone) and the woman working was showing me the Vera Wang tuxedo options the had and when I didn't show interest in the gray, only the black, but my husband didn't like the stripe down the leg, she rudely said that if we needed cheaper options that they rent suits. They were both very rude and treated us like a second class citizen. We will not be using the store at the Galleria.

--Helpful and does Tailoring!-- I came in to buy some dress shirts for a new job. As a 21-year-old, I am still learning all of the ins and outs of dressing nicely and professionally. Gentry spent probably 2 hours with me (including staying past closing time), until I found a good selection of shirts that I wanted. Gentry not only provided polite and respectful customer service; he was informative, teaching me terminology (i.e. button styles, pattern designs) of professional dress. With Gentry I bought my first pair of cuff links as well, very exciting! Jos. A. Bank also has a tailor that cut in the arms and the sides for me. Very reasonable for tailoring Jos. A. Bank shirts -- $15/ea. More if not from Jos. A. Bank. The tailor was a day behind for me, as she seems to be very busy. Taking about 2 weeks for my 4 shirts.
