I never post reviews online, but had such a terrible experience here that I feel it’s needed. The cashier was honestly the rudest man I’ve ever met. I had multiple returns which I completely understand is annoying, however his comments about me buying clothes too small, refusing to throw away the express bags that I returned my clothes in, and then proceeding to call me a b*tch and complain about how I had too many returns while I was in the dressing room was appalling. To make matters worse, my boyfriend and three year old son were sitting on the bench listening to his inappropriate remarks. We proceeded to inform another employee of his comments and our concerns were dismissed. Having customer service experience myself I try to always be patient and respectful so it’s mind boggling that human decency, especially in front of a 3 year old, doesn’t exist here! I’ll never return.

Tried to make a return for an online order. Bought 3 pairs of jeans, returning 3 pairs of jeans because I did not like how they fit. The cashier kept telling me how the 3rd pair had an incorrect bar code on the receipt. This is not rocket science, I bought 3 and returning 3. There is nothing to debate here. Yet, she kept going on for at least 15 minutes until what seemed like a manager intervened. The cashier was extremely rude, I suggest to stay away. There are better alternatives like Banana Republic, where they will actually treat you with respect.

Manager is beyond rude. Next time I’ll shop online or go to Stamford
