Great customer service especially at the portrait studio.

Went for a job interview today and got stood up by the manager. They were very unprofessional and never even showed up, and ended up interviewing someone else who was there at the same time. I hope that moron gets the job. I'll remind my mother not to shop here anymore because they're a poor example of management and everything else that they're
supposed to be doing.

Called the Mall # 3x to reach customer service for JCPenney -- phone rang each time over 20 rings.  Now I am on the phone with JCP Customer service in Ohio to make a complaint about the lazy-ass-donut eating customer service they have where no one answers the phone.  Customer service rep from Ohio said the phone rang for 5 minutes before somebody picked up and it wasn't even the operator -- it was an employee from the childrens department????    I placed a complaint against this store and also that they did not call me about my catalog order being in now 4 days ago?

If this is JCPenney's comeback -- they better GOBACK!!!!
