Really bad customer service. I wanted to order a coat but they don’t have my size so I asked if they could order it online for me, the employee seemed unhappy for no reason and said she couldn’t find it and told me to do it myself with a really negative attitude.

I called them because I paid but wanted to return items and get my debit card refunded so i could pay for the items with some gift cards I had. The manager was not clear, and said they could do it but seemed reluctant, and said she doesn't guaruntee she could do it. She seemed just too lazy to go through the hassle to help me. Don't shop at this store. They don't care about their customers, and are too lazy to help you.

I had such a good experience. I had Pedro help me yesterday and help me find clothes for my fiance and today Wendy helped me get it all together and explain different styles of pants and shirts. I was able to get everything I needed my fiance. Thank you for you beyond good customer service.

Nice staff. Good collection of clothes. Not as crowded as the other shops at southcenter mall which is really good.

Terrible customer service, especially from their assistant store manager "Sarah" I went in on a Friday and bought 3 sweaters a pair of jeans and a pair of socks during their "Buy one get 50% off all items sale", with the exception of the socks the average price of all items were $88.00. Instead of deducting 50% off of, say a sweater, they deducted $4.50 from the pair of socks. I called in asking about this and was met with rudeness and arrogance from their assistant store manager. Was told that they always deduct from the lowest item and that I should know this... She explained to me that the till does this automatically, but when I had checked out the items, the girl at the till was using a calculator! she then told me "that the system must have been broken that day" if in fact the the policy is of the lowest priced item, the customer should be told this at the time or purchase. I would have preferred to have not bought the socks at all, and received the discount, as advertised all over their store.
