Very nice. I bought 1million dollars here and it was delivered within 5 decades. My jacket got rained on so I had to get a new one and they gladly gave me none of my money back. I love their pots, they cost only 1000 dollars at the least. So cheap, so go here.

Nice people always willing to help. Not too happy to learn that items I bought just over 2 weeks ago are now on sale and I cannot get anything back. Other large department stores have better return policies than this. Disappointing and will Reconsider where I shop from my holiday gift giving next year. Otherwise they have great stuff nice people.

I visited this store with some friends during a break from a trip to Bellevue for DECA. I happened to come across the prom dress of my dreams and I fell absolutely in love with it, but I did not have the money to buy the dress and my parents were not present-- so I put the dress on hold at a closer store so that I could come back the next day with my parents. The woman who assisted me in the fitting room did not seem to like this, especially since me placing a hold at a different store means that she cannot gain my business and commission. When I had asked to place a hold at the downtown Seattle store, she snottily asked me, "Well why don't you buy it here?". To be quite frank I was in shock of her rude tone and didn't appreciate it, but what makes the situation worse is that I called the downtown Seattle store and my dress had never been put on hold. This woman, upset that a teenage girl alone and without money would not buy her prom dress at that exact moment, either called again and cancelled my hold or faked the entire conversation in front of me. This kind of petty attitude is ridiculous, and the fact that a 16 year-old girl recognizes proper professional demeanor better than a snotty clerk at a Nordstrom store in Bellevue is embarrassing on her part. Maybe reconsider going to this store, as you cannot trust the people meant to assist your shopping experience.

Nordstrom is ruthless in terms of returning designer shoes. I bought a pair of Fendi flats. After only one wear, they started to hurt my feet in less than 30 minutes of walking! I brought them back to the store the very next day for return. Sadly, the sales associate and her manager refused to do so because they said I had worn them already. Honestly, those shoes were still in the brand new condition. Nobody had told me they were non-returnable at the time of purchase, nor did Nordstrom have the return policy/terms and restrictions of designer shoes printed on the receipt. I’m sure it has violated the consumer rights. I’ll follow up this matter with the State Consumer Report. By the way, Neiman Marcus has much more reasonable returning policies. I’ll definitely consider shopping with them more in the future!
