We had the best time!! I really appreciated the staff who consistently went above and beyond. From the young gal in the arcade, who helped my kids after her counter closed to the waiter in the Loose Moose who allowed me to bring buffet food to my sick child and husband in the room. Our boys are 10, 8 and 4 and there was something for everyone to do. The watersides were crazy fun! The wizard quest was great and so was the ropes course...the 4 yr old really liked putt putt golf. Every Mom knows the "great job" badge for us is an exhausted kid at the end of a good day - love that feeling! When we were checking out and packing up, one of the boys started crying.. :( It was so hard to see but certainly a badge for the "best weekend ever!" - mom...drop the mic!

We love the Great Wolf Lodge franchise. We have been to the one in Kansas City in the past. This one has all the stuff we are familiar with... & then some! The water park is super fun with lots of slides. Kids of all ages can find one to fit their size and level of adventure. MagiQuest is so much fun and worth the investment. The games transfer from hotel to hotel so your kids can keep playing no matter where you go. Tips for having fun and saving money? #1) Bring your meals. Eat in the room then maybe have one meal out. #2) Make a plan for what the kids can do in advance. There are lots of choices on activities and they all cost $. We tell them in advance what they can do and from there if they want more they can spend their allowance. #3) Give the kids a budget and allow them to spend accordingly. Having a plan will set the expectations for the kids. They will know their boundaries and can have fun within them. Otherwise a visit can easily become a financial water slide!

Well we will be back so overall it was good. Customer service was good and the water park is good...not water world but better than any rec center by far. My tips would be that it's a fun getaway for something to do in the winter with the kids. Personally, we felt one night is good and it's best done during the week if at all possible to help avoid the weekends...Fri-Sun get pretty crowded. Worth the drive from somewhere in CO...probably not worth flying in for or driving too far for. I do feel the value (what you pay and what you get) is a LITTLE bit off but it's close. What I mean is that there are just some things that need refined and the cost of everything outside of the included room and water park is all a bit steep for what it is. I think for the price per night they could have a few more included things and/or lower the prices of the other activities a bit including the ropes course, the mini golf, quest game, the climbing, and the arcade. Other comments I have echo what others have said...check-in needs to be streamlined during busy times somehow. Elevators...I don't understand how a brand new building can not have enough elevators but we got caught in that as well. The entire place is probably best for younger (under 12) kids. The water is a bit chilly. The food is a bit overpriced and that surprises me since there's so much competition all around...so if it's too much just go outside. On the flip side, the staff was overall really nice and I think the rooms are pretty good...nothing too amazing but solidly nice and the microwave and fridge are great. Plenty of parking. Carts to help move in and out are nice. So, to sum it up...it's good but maybe needs a bit refinement and some focus on the value vs cost.

Took the grandson and probably had as much fun as he did. Several slides to ride, a wave pool, fun areas for kids. Bowling, miniature golf, etc. is extra but the water park is the attraction. We had double queen beds but there are family suites as well. The room had a microwave and small refrigerator. Comfortable. Several dining options and shops on the grounds. You don't need to leave if you don't want to, but come on, this is Colorado Springs! Stay here a couple of days for the water park, but stay SOMEWHERE in the area for awhile longer to see all the things Colorado Springs has to offer.

Our first time to a Great Wolf Lodge. The rooms were very clean, beds nice and bathrooms clean. We arrived pretty late, so there was no line at the front desk, so straight to our room. Next morning, straight to the water park.....it was a bit smaller than we had imagined, but once the kids were playing, I don't think they ever thought about that again. Plenty to keep them busy for the entire day. Slides were great! Noah in the pool area was very courteous and attentive to the swimmers. Dee in guest services also took care of us after we left. We will definitely be back this summer. Great job! Also, we were on floor 5 where people complain about noise. Once it's about 9 pm, the floors quiet down. It's really not a big deal.
