Room smelled like cigarette smoke, there was a bunch of random trash under the beds. What looked suspiciously like dried blood on the bathroom door. There was a big hair left on the obviously not cleaned shower. The chair in the room was broken, the leg was hanging off. The cleaning staff came to our room twice to ask us if we were leaving that morning. The tv screen was weirdly dark and could not be adjusted. The light bulb in one of the lamps was hanging off the lamp. Oh and the door's deadbolt would not actually go in the door unless you pushed it in a bunch of times. All in all, not super impressed. Definitely would not stay here again

I’ve stayed here long term (2 months) for my job and at first it was great. Good staff and management. I stayed at another hotel close by for 2 weeks and then came back to this Red Roof because the other hotel was worse. They changed management over that 2 weeks, and now it’s not any where near the great experience I had previously. The new night desk clerk when I complained about their staff not leaving clean towels, opening my curtains wide where every one walking saw all my belongings in the room, never wiping down the counter or anything, half-ass makes the bed, and then leaves an envelope for a tip, says to me they don’t clean for long term (13 night) stays. Seriously?? They have no indicator they do not clean daily for “long term stays” first off, and that has nothing to do with my complaint of the half-ass cleaning that is taking place right now. Not really wanting to bring my business back to this hotel where they are only worried about how many days they need to clean. Unless the old management returns, I would not recommend this hotel.

Basic but exactly what you need if just visiting the area. Was a good base close to my other half. Would happily recommend

This was a scary visit. Orgies all night long prevented us from sleeping and the next day their bed thumped against the wall and the music was ridiculous. The handicap room we stayed in was dirty and we almost left right when we walked in. The service was horrible and my handicapped mother was promised someone would come help her and then they said they had no staff available. We were too scared to call on them because there was no one else in that area of the hotel and we were scared they would come start problems. We paid through bullet proof glass. This was a horrifying holiday experience, don’t stay here. Find somewhere safe.

OMG this place had bed bugs and they bit me up terribly bad. I took a bug in a bag to the front desk and the attendant didn't even try to change my room. She asked me "What am I pose to do with that"? I left at 1am with no new room or a refund :( not a place of value. I called several times the next day to speak with the a manager.... but yup you guessed it... No answer, return phone call or reply!!! sad sad sad gotta do better....!!
