I reserved a room yesterday night after traveling all day, and upon receiving the room I noticed hair, dirt, blood, and other body fluids in the sheets. I called down to the front desk and the night manager, John, was very nice and brought new bedding to exchange it out.. the new bedding was even worse than the ones on the bed, with brown crusty marks... Not stains. 😱 On top of the disgusting sheets , there was mold in the sink and toilet. Overall, this was my worst experience with any hotel and I got a refund. The manager was kind and tried to fix things but house keeping is horrible and needs to do their job or find a new job.

Originally upon arrival the place looked nice and had a kitchenette area, then I noticed the one of the shelves in the closet had just one of 2 support bars rendering only good for half its length. Day 3 my girl friend was showering and when she was trying to use the adjustable shower head designed to detach the bar fell apart and hit her as it fell to the floor. The continental breakfast was limited to coffee fruit oatmeal packets and some fruit and nut bars all of which was displayed inside the front door on a 2 shelf bookcase. The staff was relatively friendly and the room was clean. Still I won't be staying at another extended stay America.

Old pizza in fridge. Sheets appeared unchanged from last guests. Room had strong fruity smell (not a room cleaning smell). Toilet was not cleaned. Breakfast is coffee and a few breakfast bars and pre-packaged rolls and cupcakes. However the night clerk was very courteous and what she could

Slept better in the queen bed here than at home. The only real complaint would be that of preference. Whoever repainted the bathroom either accidentally over sprayed the tub or tried to give it texture or a blended color such as the walls- the end result was hideous. Looks like someone had a serious case of the runs. Making reservations for 2 days for next weekend. Good job, guys! Oh- and not the greatest selection of tv channels.

If there was a way to rate this establishment lower than a one I would do so. The halls and elevator were neither vacuumed nor cleaned. For a double room to have one shampoo\soap is unacceptable. Our room was not serviced, and staff, upon notification of the situation, assured us that management would be contacted. When communication with management did occur, it was at our initiation. We were informed that housekeeping serviced the rooms once a week. Asking if that information had been provided us, we were told ' it should have been'. Observations of front desk interactions included key cards not working, machines not functioning and supplies being unavailable. It appeared that we were an imposition. The breakfast was abysmal, consisting of commercially produced muffins and coffee. Our visit to Great Falls was significantly diminished by our stay at this establishment. Traveler beware.
