Excellent, super friendly folks working at this establishment. The water pressure isn't great and the temperature changes while you're showering if the person in the next room flushes the toilet. Also there were several long black hairs in my pillow and sheets. Kinda gross. But again the staff was incredible!

The rooms were nice, the view was nice, the beds were really comfortable. The pool was busy, a little cold, and the hot tub was really gross. The restaurant had amazing food (10/10 recommend), and great service! The lobby was beautiful. The wifi barely worked at all on the 5th floor.

We just stayed here for one night, arrived after midnight but still greeted by very friendly staff. The room, temperature control and bathrooms were up to standard and we were very comfortable. Great for families.

The hotel was nice. No complimentary breakfast or happy hour. The receptionist was helpful. The "pool security" attendant was not. She made us dump our coffee that was in a spill proof thermos, and then take the container back up to the room, when there is no rule against having an unbreakable container in the pool. When I inquired about it not being against the rules she said her boss might get mad, but if it was up to her she would be fine with it, even though she told us to get rid of it... I would stay at any of the other establishments given the opportunity.

The staff was friendly. I was attending a conference and we had the food catered there. The food was good the spaces nice. My bed was comfortable.
