The service was fine if inconsistent between individuals and the rooms clean enough. However the beds are some of the most uncomfortable I have slept on. It is an odd sort of inflatable bed with two chambers that balance against each other. One side seems to always be hard. Otherwise the rooms were cheaply priced. Breakfast is extra.

Its in a great location and is surrounded by so many things to do. Rooms are great. Hotel service is fantastic! Would highly recommend

This hotel is terrific from the minute you arrive! The staff are friendly and accommodating from the desk clerk, to the food service, to the housekeeping staff!! The rooms are neat and clean and if you ever need anything there is always someone to assist you. The pool is also an added plus! I always enjoy staying at this hotel when I visit Great Falls!

We only stayed one night. I liked it because it was clean, had amenities, like fitness center, pool, fireside area. Nice bedding, friendly staff. I gave it 4 stars because no free breakfast. For the price it could have been included. Quiet area, so not many choices for restaurants nearby

Good location. Consistent as are most of the Hilton Garden Inns. Free bagels and muffins for breakfast, but anything cooked has a charge. Overall nice hotel.
