The room was beautiful. The lady at the front desk seemed very tired as we arrived fairly late at night. However, she was more than happy to make us feel comfortable and chatted with us about our drive for a while. Very reasonably priced as well! Will definitely stay here again if we're passing through Great Falls again!!

My Lord! We are driving through town looking for a place to stay. I thought it looked charming until I read the reviews. Seeing how the manager has responded is unacceptable. No one to blame but them for this lost revenue. EDIT: It's no surprise to receive yet another snarky response from this so called manager however the place did indeed have rooms left even as I write this. Nice try.

The Inn was easy to find. Check in was a breeze, and although the exterior and reception and hallways were a little dated, the rooms were very beautifully renovated. The beds were very comfortable, area was quiet, and shower pressure was fantastic. And the Wolfgang Puck coffee in the room was a nice touch. I'd definitely stay here again

The best place you will ever get for the money. Check out THAT BAR next door and mingle with the high class locals. Plenty of great products in this town.

I would give it a 0 if I could. We didn't even end up staying here based on a misunderstanding. When I called to get my money back, I was promised a quick call back from the manager and never received one. I tried calling the next day and waited on hold several times trying to speak with someone. The third day I tried calling back, I spoke with the manager and she was very rude and would not help me at all. She refused to give me a refund. The place looks like a dump from the outside and it smelled like smoke and urine. Don't stay here.
