I stayed for a total of 10 nights at the hotel and I cannot express my dissatisfaction in words, but let me give it a shot. I will not waste your valuable time complaining about the inappropriate conversations held right outside my door, where the other guest talked about his private parts to a female. Neither will I focus too much on all the noise that interrupted my sleep and resulted in the loss of productivity at work for me. Rather, I want to start with something simple that you CAN fix! On the ninth night of my stay (11/21/2017), I came back to the hotel at about 6:30 PM. To my surprise, the door would not unlock; my key card was not working. After a few tries, I finally gave up and made my way to the office. There, I had the pleasure of dealing with the most disrespectful associate I have ever dealt with in my life. She clearly knew why my key was not working, but insulted my intelligence by asking me if the key has been close to my phone or credit card. I explained to her that the key have been where I kept it for the last 8 days and this is not the first hotel I've ever stayed. Next, she asked me for a $120 dollars. I informed her that my room is directly billed through my company and all 10 nights were paid for when I checked in. She kept repeating, "I need a 120...". After explaining myself a 100 times she finally handed me a notepad to write the name of my company and activated my key card. I fully understand if you are experiencing problems with the payment but to get my attention, try inserting a note under the hotel room door like other respected Hotels or emailing me or calling me. Revoking my access and worrying me about my belongings that I left inside is extremely unprofessional. I will report this to the travel management company that my business books through and ask them to never schedule anyone from my company at your hotel for a stay. Hope the time I took to express my disappointment and frustration moves you to take steps in providing better service for your customers.

The staff was nice and most of the guests were pleasant as well. I'll give the hotel "the benefit of the doubt," but while I was there a few criminal incidents happened; thankfully the police department is very close and responded quickly. There needs to be more cleaning staff and more stock of convenience items for rooms. The air filters need to be exchanged and/or cleaned more regularly. On a positive note: the hotel is close to the highway for quick access to shopping and tourism sites. There's also a pretty good Denny's with in walking distance. Overall: a decent low priced place to stay if you're low on funds.

My profession requires a lot of travel and I have stayed at many Extended Stay America's. This one is like none of which I have ever stayed. When I arrived I was put in a room that was filthy. I called the front desk complained and was moved. The manager assured me he inspected the new room and vouched for it's cleanliness. What a joke! It was not much cleaner than the first. I scrubbed the entire room with Clorox and PineSol. The carpet was filthy and stained. I would not walk on the carpet without shoes. I had no dishes ect... It took over 24 hours to get dishes and when the MANAGER brought them they were DIRTY. No coffee maker or toaster. Did not feel safe in the parking lot. Very sketchy people in and out. I felt like maybe some drug activity going in. Found a cockroach in the kitchen. Took a picture of it and showed to front desk. The girl at front desk said she would let the manager know IN THE MORNING. He never acknowledged the situation. A God awful experience.

CANCER PATIENTS SHOULD NOT STAY HERE! THIS PLACE IS FILTHY AND I AM REPORTING ALL OF THE PROBLEMS TO THE VARIOUS AGENCIES THAT WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! I ALSO HAVE VIDEO! EXTENDED STAY HAS NO RIGHT TO NOT DISCLOSE ALL OF THE PROBLEMS HERE AS THAT IS FACILITATION OF A DANGEROUS ENVIRONMENT. THERE IS MOLD, BUGS, FILTHY BEDS, FILTHY PILLOWS, FILTHY SHOWERS, FILTH EVERYWHERE, NEEDLES STREWN ABOUT THE LAWN, TRASH OVER FLOWING, GRIME ON THE WALLS, ETC!!! THE OWNER OF EXTENDED STAY SHOULD HAVE TO COME DOWN AND STAY IN THIS PLACE!! MANAGEMENT ALSO KNOWS ABOUT PEOPLE AND KIDS STAYING IN BUILDING THREE THAT ARE TEARING UP THE PLACE AND BREAKING WINDOWS AND OTHER STUFF AND THEY JOKE ABOUT IT. THIS KIND OF STUFF WAS NEVER A PROBLEM UNDER MANAGEMENT A YEAR AGO!! WE ARE NOT COMING BACK AND I AM REPORTING ALL OF THIS!! I WOULD NOT GIVE THEM ONE STAR AND THE ONLY REASON I HAVE IS BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO IN ORDER TO COMMENT. I AM NOT INTERESTED IN WHAT CORPORATE HAS TO SAY, I AM REPORTING THIS !!!

We had to stand in the lobby for 10 minutes before anyone showed to help us out. She was very nice and helpful once we did get helped so I must mention that. The trash was overflowing out of the can and onto the concrete as we walked up the stairs to our room so that was pleasant. Our room must have been a smoking room at one time because it reaked but the positives was it was clean and it was quiet. Will we stay again? No, but it was a place to sleep until we arrived at our final destination.
