Woodspring Suites have a wonderful staff. We have enjoyed our stay. There have been negative things said, but don't judge what you hear because everything you hear may not be true. Wonderful place and great people at Wood spring. Thank you for everything.

When it says "No frills" that's exactly what they mean. The kitchen has a cutting board and that's it. The suite is not any bigger than a regular room, there's kitchen cabinets where the closet usually is. The staff is friendly and helpful but the hotel is no smoking so people sit in their cars and smoke which makes it a little sketchy at night. Overall it was an ok place to stay.

It's newer, so it's very clean. The staff I've encountered have been up to par. However, if you are looking for anything more than "just enough", this isn't for you. It's very plain, very basic. Furnishings are very cheap, and housekeeping practically non existent. Apparently they do room cleanings every two weeks or between guests. You can request additional services if desired, but it feels odd to have to request fresh towels every few days due to only having two in the room. I reuse mine, without complaint, it's the responsible thing to do, but not for two weeks. And it's also at the rooms do not come pre stocked with any type of dish collection or utensils. Again, you can request them, but being an extended stay hotel and not having at least a few mugs in the room from the get go again feels odd. I don't want to harp on such small things too much as it is a value offering, for sure. But that's the point I wanted to get across. Its "just enough".

The person at the front desk was nice and friendly; although the office is only open from 9a to 10p. The rooms were mediocre at best, but clean and liveable. There was an odd dirty clothing smell throughout the building. The room was small with a workable kitchenette. It is very inexpensive which why I chose to stay here. It is not a mid-end hotel, but if you need a place to stay for a low cost I would reccomend it.

Do not stay here if you have other options. I was told by my company to stay here during the week before my moving truck arrived and it only took two nights for me to throw in the towel and find another place out of pocket. The clientele is sketchy, the rooms don't even have a lamp , you get two thin pillows and hospital thin sheets to sleep on, all while hearing yelling through the walls at all hours of the night since the walls are so thin. As a woman traveling alone I not only felt the room was dirty but I did not feel safe. I do not have my car in the city as of yet and there is nothing close to the hotel to walk to go eat or even just to grab a few necessities. Save yourself money, time, and stress by staying somewhere else.
