Clean and convenient. Having a kitchenette is nice. Guest laundry is good. Helpful staff. There were a few minor things wrong with the room - heater did not work, TV remote not working - but the staff addresses them quickly and cheerfully. All in all, good value for the money. Note: They have the usual selection of cable sports, news and specialty channels, but not MSNBC. However, they do have CNN and Fox News.

Hey people it is Time to update this so people do not spend their money here. Do not waste your money here. Charged me for a room I already paid for. Front desk and this locations manager offered no solutions for my predicament. Told me I should contact my bank. I had already done that before I called front desk. Bed was very uncomfortable. Toilet required you to flush up to three times. They did say I was free to check out. Time and circumstances did not permit this for me. I was In town for my son's wedding and did not have the extra funds to pay for my stay in another hotel. My suggestion is look elsewhere for lodgings. I have been waiting on a response from guest relations for 3 days now. Another example of how they just don't care about the consumer. Been a week now no call back from guest services. I will continue to request a response from guest services!!! No resolution from guest services!!! Stay in a tent if you must!!!

I think the staff there are pretty cool... The managers are pretty patient if your late on paying for your stay. As long as you don't abuse there generosity and patients....

Hey everuoneI feel a need to keep review current. If you have ever thrown money away do not stay here. You will feel better throwing your money away I promise! Bed was not a queen like I reserved, my reservation stated there would be a coffee\tea maker, kitchenware, well you get the idea. There was none in the room. Toilet required several flushes. The normal incidental speech sounded more like I should be prepared for additional charges when I leave. Made me feel uncomfortable to put it plainly. They also took 2 payments for room. I Am still waiting for the money to be returned too my card 5 days later. When I complained about all of the above the manager told us we are free to check out and go elsewhere. Was in town for son's wedding, did not have enough time in the days to go looking for another room. Obviously did not have money to go get another room either. Geust services calls have resulted in no answers either after being on hold for an hour on each one!

Great little half way house setting. All guests over 18 must have photo I'd. Never heard of such a thing. Helps demonstrate the type of regular clientele they normally cater to.
