The front desk staff really needs some customer service training. They were inattentive, unwelcoming, and unhelpful. They could also use some safety training too. One of my room mates who lost her key went to get a replacement and they gave her one without asking to see her ID and her name wasn't even on the room. It was way to easy, which made us nervous. The room served its purpose. It wasn't the fanciest or the cleanest but I really appreciated having a kitchen during my week long stay. I would stay again. Especially sense they are remodeling the rooms.

We stayed on October 23rd and found that everything was very good except the door had a lot of problems opening it. I think at one point in the morning of the 24th my husband had to go to the office to get it to open. The room was good and clean had no complaints. Now, we had reservations for October 16th and I requested that we have a ground room as stairs were impossible. We left there without staying, but, I find that paying my credit card that we were charged $81.21 for that night. I would appreciate it if this was refunded to my credit card. We were given a ground handicapped room since we are elderly. However, good service stopped there. Laundry room was filthy. I had to clean it before I could do a load of wash and fold the clean clothing on the counter. The room had water and dirt stains in the shower. It was a BARE ESSENTIALS room. No hair dryer, towels that should have been considered washcloths, little furniture in room. Imagine my dismay when I went to climb into bed and found black hair and tons of dirt between the sheets. Obviously the sheets were not changed and some construction worker who did not shower used it. I was unable to notify the desk, since everyone went home for the night. I was forced to sleep between two beach towels for the night. We could have left and gone up the street, but at 11 PM in the evening it would have been difficult to move as I am quite elderly. In the morning I took the sheet to the front desk and they offered about a $7.00 refund on bill. No apology or explanation. What give's here? Very young staff without any idea of customer service. Manager only spoke to staff from back room. I guess it was a manager, never saw or spoke to one. Don't even contemplate staying here.

Would not recommend the Studio 6 n Murray UT. My parents Reserved​ the room for my daughter and I. We arrived at 3:30 in the morning. The card Keys did not work for the room. Called customer service twice. We were told someone would be there to help us rekey the cards. We ended up having to wait for the front office to open which was at 9 a.m. Leaving my daughter and I to spend the early morning hours waiting in my car. Originally the office said they would only charge us for one night but ended up charging for both nights. When we called we were given three different stories about the charge including that we injured the door by putting the key in backward for which they charged us. The bathroom walls, door, and shower mat were grimy. There was no hot water for the hand washing sink in the bathroom. There was a good sized fridge, microwave stove top, a few dishes and silverware, and a toaster. Although there was broken glass and other items under the beds the beds themselves were clean, tidy, and comfortable. If I'm looking for the cheapest thing available I guess this works. If I actually want a comfortable nice stay shampoo, clean walls, doors, floors, and customer service would be greatly needed.

The staff, when you could on occasion find them, we're usually less than pleasantries . There were a number of illegal or criminal activities were taking place behind the scenes and in some of the rooms. The police were there a number of times. I don't want to put any business down because I know it's hard to be in business but I couldn't in good faith recommend this to anyone else. When I returned one night the was jewelry missing and some other valuables. I can't remember ever getting one star to business. I understand that they are possibly being taken over by a new owner or New Management so maybe things will change. The way they were for not acceptable.
