They don't deserve one star came from Colorado Hey said there was continental breakfast in the morning until 10 AM the cleaning people put away at 9am and started being rude to my kids when they asked for the milk. Get a call from the GM that reported that somebody was smoking I asked him to come in the room to see none of us smoke they refused to then we get a call back stating they were not going to let us renew the room that we already paid for and said that they did not have to give us a reason I will never stay at this racist place again and as far as Wyndham goes I did their vacation package where it is timeshare and not worth it if you’re Hispanic happy thanksgiving thanks For making it a memorable one for me and my children

Without any doubt, this has been one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the property is pet friendly. It is accommodating, easily accessible from the highway, yet not so close that you can hear the cars at 2 am, as well as it is conveniently located near almost every major shop and main road. All in all, if you're looking for the Ritz on less than a hundred dollars a night, you need to get more realistic, but if you want to get a decent night's sleep, a feel for the city, and enjoy the reason you travel, not just the hotel, this is the spot.

Room was dirty with used sheets. Had to have them bring new ones. Yeah not cleaned up. Air conditioner didn't work in room very well. Outside room no ac. Breakfast was almost nothing, literally just an apple, a couple pastries, watery orange juice with no cups. Barter for waffles but nothing to measure it with and that was it. I took an apple. Only give it 2 stars for the help I did receive in getting some clean bedding

Positives: This hotel was clean and fairly quiet. The value was really good and we had a coupon, which they honored. The hotel was very close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Negatives: There was a sticky spot on the carpet I that I had to put a towel over because I kept stepping on it. I told the front desk but nothing was done. I feel like the construction was pretty shoddy because I could see through a big crack between the bathroom door and the door frame. Also the shower curtain brackets were loose, causing the shower curtain to slide to the middle of the bar and allowing water to splash on the bathroom floor. The breakfast was not very good. Orange juice was bitter, no hot water for oatmeal, and small selection of food. Also, our key cards had a LOT of problems. We had to visit the desk multiple times together our key cards fixed and they still had trouble. Very annoying. Bottom line: Get a coupon, and don't expect too much except a clean bed. In the morning, skip the free food and walk next door to McDonald's for breakfast.

The outside of the building looks very nice. But when you walk in the building you can immediately see the multiple styles of floor coverings that do not match. The carpeting in the hallways either needs to be replaced, repaired, or extremely deep cleaned. It just looks very worn out. The carpeting in the elevator is the same. The free breakfast is very very disappointing. It consists of coffee or tea, yogurt, cold cereal, and juice. It is in an Alcove on the first floor that also has the vending machines in it with the ice machine in it also. The room is about the size of one of the bathrooms for the hotel rooms. There is not anywhere to sit down and eat Plus there are only carbohydrate options for breakfast. There are only two cold cereals to choose from Frosted Flakes and raisin bran. In all it was extremely disappointing. That is the building and the breakfast is extremely disappointing the people that work there have all been very nice and very polite but I did not ask them to solve any problems so I don't know how they would act in that situation. This is my first time to stay here I come to Salt Lake City often and I will not be staying here again it is not worth the money that I spent.
