Maid walked into room without knocking with do not disturb in the room lock. They did not have always have all the paper products for the bathroom. Plus, they did not honor the 20% coupon code I had made through corporate. There are other Extended Stay America's in the area, so I'd recommend staying at one of those.

Great staff. Quaint rooms. Although not fully equipped kitchens as promised online. You must ask for what you need and hope they have it in stocks because if not they just think you should be thankful for what they do have. Oh and housekeeping must own everything in they carts because if you ask for something they get mad at you.

Dirty floors, shelves, interiors, supplies not included as advertised and rates not honored as posted.. unhappy with service

Literally the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The pull out bed is so small, and they didn't even have bedding on it. Had a while 2 washcloths and towels in the room. Staff was not friendly and the room didn't even have tissue for goodness sakes. Definitely not worth the savings. Don't waste your time and spend the few dollars more for a nicer hotel. I promise it will be worth it!

Let me begin with there was roaches climbing on the wall in the room. The workers complaining they're tired and one complaining she's new on the job and no one trained her with what to do. There was no pots pans for knives silverware in the room all the cabinets was totally empty no ice trays in the freezer nothing.
