This hotel is the first one I've stayed in that is *ACTUALLY* like an efficiency. All rooms come *STANDARD* with a mini fridge, microwave, cooktop, settings for 2(dinner & bread plates, bowls, drinking & water glasses, silverware, and cookware & utensils) 🙌👍👌I'd absolutely stay again, and recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Full kitchenette with dishes and cookware; very nice for the price. Much more space, more comfortable and homier than other places in the area for around the same price.

Great place quiet has everything you need except my room had no bathtub just a shower. The rooms are a little small but enough space for me. I was very comfortable there.

This is the 1st place I look up to stay in Tampa. Great Customer Care, rooms clean, I see some comments about bugs but what place even our own homes don't have a bug or two trying to sneak around? I personally have never had an issue with bugs here. The beds are comfy its a quiet enviroment and the prices are great. I recommend this place to everyone!

Clean, Quiet and Awesome !! This is our second night here and I have to say its everything I read about and more. Clean rooms and great location if your just here on a visit or here to stay for a while, the price is right for what you actually get. If your in town looking for a clean great place to stay at a unbeatable price then look into this !!! No bugs, no problems, clean and worth it all the way !!!
