Horrible customer service. Planned to rent a storage space, arrived at 2 pm, sign on door said back in a few minutes at 1:50 pm so waited till 2:30. Called store, no response, eventually got through to someone at central number that said since I did not currently have a locker she could not have a manager call me to give me details of how long I may have to wait. To add insult to injury at my request someone did call me back later in the day and lied by saying the sign on the door said they’d be back at 2:50 pm and not 1:50. My wife and I were looking at the sign for 30 minutes and it clearly said back at 1:50 on the clock. Dishonest, unapologetic, staff just leaves for an hour or longer when someone is supposed to there- very unprofessional operation. Do yourself a favor and do not rent a locker from this place.

Gloria is the best thing that has happened to extra Space. She is all about the customer experience. Leiza was awesome too just felt very welcome from both these ladies

My move happened in such an expedited process, but Extra Space Storage took incredible care of me, quickly and kindly.  Starr exuded hospitality in every part of our conversation and made the whole process feel easy.  I'll be honest: I stressed heavily about finding a good place to store my furniture and belongings, but was blown away to find that their rates were affordable and the hours accommodating.  I can't stress enough how much I appreciated it.

I can't say enough about Leiza Ortiz and the Extra Space facility in Virginia Highlands! The unit and building are immaculately clean and most importantly, I feel safe going in and out of my unit. Leiza always greets me with a smile, and goes the extra mile to help me find a cart or answer any of my questions. If you are looking to store stuff , this is by far the boutique facility to try!
