This company, and this location in particular, have demonstrated the very best in rental facilities AND customer service. It is clean, secure, well-lit, climate controlled, competitively priced, professionally staffed, offers online payment options, and provides helpful monthly reminders when rent, including the amount, is due. I had rental space longer than I anticipated renting (16 months). During this time, I changed units once and needed to be pro-rated once. The staff was pleasant, accommodating, and helpful to these requests. These were easy transactions for me, and they kept me as a happy, loyal customer. I would use SpaceMax again, and recommend the Moreland Ave. location to anyone needing a storage site! On a side note, I feel a previous one-star rating is unfairly given to this facility -- because the renter was late making his monthly payment and was assessed with a late fee. (If you're late paying rent, the late fee is the renter's fault -- not the landlord/facility.) This tenant shouldn't give SpaceMax a poor rating due to his irresponsibility.

The best staff ever. Always clean and safe. If you are looking for a great place for your things. This is the place in East Atlanta.

Renters beware....not only are they already overpriced but you will get hit with a $15 late fee if not paid by the 5th. Even if the 5th is a holiday and they are closed on the 4th.
