So helpful! I had an international shipment that kept changing my delivery date making moving into a storage space tricky. Tim, the manager, kept ongoing communication to ensure I had the space reserved and locked into the original rate. He met me immediately and went through the process, insurance, space, and details. I felt comfortable to ask any questions and he guided me through the process. It seemed the new software they had made the process more complicated and he had to work w customer service to get me the original rate on my reservation. Customer service was fantastic and friendly. I imagine they will iron out the software issues over time. With my situation with changing dates of delivery,  I do wish I could reserve once maybe with a deposit or some other way. I kept getting reservations canceled because my shipment changed, once I communicated my situation, Tim made a concerted effort to help ease the situation. Thank you for the support!! Absolutely would use again.

I wanted thank Emily for helping me out to get a decent price to put my things  into a unit . I did a reservation online for 5 x 10 and someone called me stating that 5 x 10 will work for me even though I had a couple of things with me to put the unit. And the price was $104 When I came into the store on East Gude Emily recommend me to get a 5 x 5 instead, So I wont to be paying more than I what I’m supposed to if I only have one suitcase with me and a couple of boxes. And that price was $56 so it works for me Perfectly because I’m struggling at this moment and got kick out of my house so she helped out a lot and answer all my questions, She was friendly and helpful and has great customer service

Me, my mom, my dad, and sister all have storage units here!  I've looked at several units within public storage and units at many different competitors before settling in this company and this specific location.  It is ALWAYS extremely clean and smells as much!  It's well light both inside and out and I always feel safe even up to closing time at 9pm being inside by myself as a single disabled woman.  I love this place and my family feels the same way.  My only complaint is there aren't enough of those flat carts available.  This is extremely surprising given how professional the location and staff are.  When I inquired, I was told that there just went anymore.  This place is busy all the time so their corporate office needs to get on the ball before loosing business!  No one wants to spend all day waiting on movers to finish it other's to remember to bring the two or three carts back down to access my own belongings coming or going!  Tim deserves a promotion, his customer service skills are insane and I've watch him deal with a crazy customer before! . Ohhey need to get rid of that extremely unprofessional and rude new employee AALIYAH!  I'VE HAD MORE THAN ONE RUN IN WITH HER WHICH IS RIDICULOUS!!

I have been dealing and associating with Aliya , it have a great pleasure, she is one of the most kindness, warm spirited person I've at a Public Storage. She is passionate about her job, and is very helpful.  I want to thank Public storage for hiring this lady , she is a great blessing to all the customer.
