Walked in to rent a storage unit. Quickly walked right back out. The lady behind the desk made me feel as if I was bothering her. She read the quote for the unit so fast, I could hardly hear a word she said. Horrible customer service, lost an easy sale. UPDATE: Shortly after my initial review I was contacted by Urban Self Storage's Customer Service manager, Cherie. Cherie was nothing but professional, polite and obviously cared about good customer service. I may reach out to her again in the future for my storage needs.

Got overcharged for my UHaul rental. Called to get an explanation and Ana, the secretary, was very rude and did not listen to the concerns. She has a bad attitude and a headache to deal with, go to another u haul location for your rental needs. She couldn't even produce a receipt to justify the extra charges and her answer to every is "I don't know". She won't even attempt to help solve the problem.

Michael the operations manager called me to address this concern. He definitely addressed the issue and apologized for the experience we had. His demeanor and willingness to help and fix the problem made me willing to return as a customer.

I have been with Cabazon for a little over years now and I couldn't be happier. The office staff has always been there for me when needed. They are friendly, understanding of everyone's needs and get this...they will return calls. The facility is super clean. I couldn't speak more highly of the staff and their customer service, they have gone as far to bring me water on hot days when I'm cleaning out stuff in my unit. My sister had a unit at Cabezon and she loved working with them. Just on the staff alone this is by far the best storage unit in Rio Rancho/ Albuquerque.

Horrible experience at this place. Christine the storage manager is very unprofessional and rude. Promised my wife that she will refund insurance fee, because I was still in my truck trying to get there 20 minutes away, but told my wife to sign up, when I was coming with my own insurance and she still signed her up. When she could have told her to wait and that she will sign us up when I got there. But no she wanted to con us. Also, When I called Ana a week bf, she promised us that it will be half off  and the following month will be full price, but this woman christine didn't give us the night or day but charged us totally different price. How rude and unprofessional this place is.

I want to thank Crystin at Cabazon Storage for making this a good experience.  This is my 2nd unit and she was top notch in streamlining the application process and explaining costs, and making sure that it was being billed according to my instructions.
