Don't use PODS containers if you need to keep it outside. Ours leaked when it rained.  All the boxes were wet in the front of the container and corners where the container clearly had previous water damage. Water damaged our property and PODS denied our claim. We proved photos of the damaged property, wet boxes, along with evidence that the container leaked but still they did nothing.
Absolute worst customer service and unprofessional representatives.
PODS Enterprise did not take any responsibility for faulty containers nor any consideration for our loss. Never use again. Beware.

I got a call at 10:30 pm on February 26 stated my POD was to be picked up on the 27th between 2:15pm and 5:15pm called corporate office around 5:30pm I was told last driver went home 30 minutes ago and nothing can be done until the 28th the fact that they should of been here today doesn't matter it's not their problem nothing can be done I will never use PODS again!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. I was told my pod would be made accessible when i arrive. I flew in, rented a truck, drove to where my pod was. No one was there. The office door was wide open, bit no one was around. You guessed it, my pod was nowhere to be found. After almost 2 hours on the phone getting nowhere, a driver came to drop a pod of and we begged him to get our pod. We showed him our paper work and he got the pod. What a mess and they have yet to call me back... beware.....

Exactly as advertised, delivered and picked up on schedule.  I was totally 
satisfied.
