My second visit to this place. First time I explained my needs and left my business card. The person in charge communicated my needs to site manager. I made a call to the manager; he knew about my case; invited me to the storage site. Today, when I walked into the office and introduced myself, I was greeted very nicely. Manage gave me tour and explained the terms and conditions. Based on my impression on these guys and the professional look of the site, I made my decision and rented one of their biggest size storage units. I am impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of these gentlemen; I will enjoy doing business with them.

Danny was great to work with. I've been using extra space off and on for the last two years and couldn't be more pleased. The location, cleanliness, staff and costs are market differentiators. Was so glad they were able to accommodate my needs in a pinch. One lucky (returning) customer!

While I am a very new customer, so far I'm very pleased with Extra Space Storage. They had exactly what I needed available. Mark made the sign up process easy. The facilities are clean and the location is convenient & secure. Reasonably priced with internet special.

Process to rent a unit was quick and easy. Price seems comparable to everything else in the area, if not slightly cheaper. Very nice staff.

These guys were great to work with. We had a special situation and had been unable to find any storage space available in San Jose area for our little trailer. They made life so easy. I would highly recommend them.
