As a Realtor with Golden Bear Realty, I have sent many clients to see Deanna & staff at the Bowman Rd Property. It is conveniently located off Hwy 17 & I-526 in Mt. Pleasant,  It is a private, safe, quiet & very clean facility.  Deanna is extremely knowledgeable & very friendly!  It sure helps to know she can take care of my clients at a "time of change" in their lives!  I would recommend her 100%!

My company has had a storage unit at the ExtraSpace Storage on Bowman Rd for 2 years. The location and facility are excellent, but the customer service is even better!  Deanne at the front desk is SO nice and is always willing to go the extra mile for her customers!  We access our unit frequently, and even on quick trips in & out, there is always a friendly wave hello/goodbye from the team at the front office.  They even worked with us to make sure we could receive UPS/FedEx shipments into our unit.  If you need a safe, convenient facility that offers the personal touch of excellent customer service, this is the place for you!

Susanne Thompson was very responsive after I had placed my reservation online. When I showed up to for my appointment to get my storage unit she was very professional and helpful. The property was clean my storage unit functioned well. She was instrumental in assisting me in picking out the correct unit size for my needs and made the rental process extremely easy. What a great value!

So, very, very helpful.  It took awhile to find the size I wanted, so I dealt with all 3 Extra Space Storage shops in Mt. Pleasant.  Ended up at the one on Bowman Road.  DeAnna and her crew couldn't have been more helpful, polite and kind.  I highly recommend this company, but most this particular location.

Susanne was exceptionally helpful. I had placed a reservation online and she called within 10 minutes to provide directional support and encouragement. When I arrived at the facility, I was greeted by name and toured the grounds and unit. Susanne was very friendly and real (which is extremely important nowadays). I've had storage units before where employees hid behind their regulations and legalities, making the experience more like work than comfortable. But not here. Susanne walked me through every step of the paperwork with constant human input. I feel comfortable leaving my stuff in the unit, knowing that it isn't only the gate and lock keeping my stuff safe, but also the safety net of human interaction in case of events that are unforseen by paperwork and regulations.

*And I just noticed the 'Thank You' sticker on my unit and that I am greeted by name on the gate pad. Little things like this make an establishment top-notch.
