I'm a traveling nurse so I've given my business to a few storage facilities during my career. This is by far the worst experience I've had.  I rented a medium size, non climate controlled space. Three months into my rental with extra space storage, my rent was increased from $116 (with required insurance) to $132 with only an email to inform me. Also, the ceiling in my unit was sinking in and fixed with what appeared to be duct tape. 
       Upon starting to move out, the attendant that day rode by with a golf cart to ask if I was moving out. I said yes and would try to have my stuff out that day. She said she would start my paperwork, but I never came by the office to finalize moving out that day. I still had some things left inside the unit. The next week, I receive a missed call and voicemail from extra space storage saying that I need to make a payment. I found this odd since all of my payments were set up through direct deposit. Clearly, the attendant that day cancelled my direct deposit prematurely. Today, I swing by to pick up the remainder of my items and my gate code is suspended. I go into the office and say I guess my direct deposit was cancelled and I need to get into my unit. I pay the balance owed without complaint and the attendant then informs me that there is also a lock on my unit. Mind you it has only been 10 days since my direct deposit was prematurely cancelled by extra space themselves. The attendant tells me that he will meet me at my unit to unlock it for me. I drive to my unit and wait for 15 minutes. Once 15 minutes has passed, I call the office and no one answers the phone. I then have to drive all the way back to the office. The attendant admits to completely forgetting about letting me in. Finally, I get into my unit and he asks me to come back to the office once I've cleared my things. Why? I've fixed your mistake and paid my balance. I'm not giving you any more of my time. The whole experience was very unprofessional and I will not be giving Extra Space Storage my business in the future.

I have used this location multiple times and every time was amazing. They did everything with a smile. Over the time storing with this location they rotated management, which is a model extra space uses, but both managers were superb. Both made my requests there top priority and worked hard to make it happen. I recommend anyone to store with this location.

This is an ace storage facility. I have been there several times but this morning a very nice lady by the name of Deanne made my whole day worthwhile. She is a very nice person and just made an already nice day even more beautiful. Thank You Ms. Deanne.

Very happy with our experience here! The facility is nice, clean and secure and the customer service is wonderful. The gentlemen who work in the front office are incredibly accommodating and they made the stressful process of moving much easier for me and my family. Would recommend without hesitation.
