Awful service. Got a truck with a dented driver's door that barely opened. Paid for a dolly and didn't get one. When I asked for a refund they said they were new and didn't know how to refund. Called back to speak to a manager and they also said they could not refund. Wrote an email to Uhaul corp. Still nothing. Had to use them again Thanksgiving weekend, reserved a truck online. Showed up to pick it up and they were closed. Came back the next day and the guys behind the counter, said they were closed and only the storage facility was open. I told them the site let me make a reservation and I had a confirmation number. They complained for 20 mins then finally gave me a truck. While I was waiting another person came in wanting a truck and the guy said "Does anyone have a gun?" I guess asking for a rental truck from a rental truck company is JUST TOO MUCH to ask. Don't throw your money away here.

Extremely friendly staff, that goes above and beyond to make sure it tenants are satisfied. We rent offices from this location and find them to be well kept, easy access for our clients and quiet work environment.

My office for my private practice as a dietitian nutritionist is located in Uncle Bob's Business Center. Cybil, the new manager, has responded to my needs quickly and effectively. I had a problem in my office with an air conditioner leak and she addressed it as soon as I reported it. The leak has been fixed and the carpet has been cleaned. My clock was damaged during the repairs and she replaced it. The location is great! It's easy to get to from anywhere in Mt Pleasant and is close to I526 and the Ravenel Bridge. Tenants have use of the conference room for no extra charge.

Great service and hustle by the staff and the manager is always quick to help you solve whatever problem you may have.
