Excellent clean location. Friendly, helpful staff. Hours of operation which meet my personal requirements. The ability to park close to unit and avail yourself of rolling equipment to assist in the movement of your goods. Security system of gate access by password, excellent fencing and lighting assure a safe environment for your storage. A very impressive facility.

Our experience with Extra Space Storage 28 on Bay Area in Clear lake city has been exceptional. From day one the care, professionalism and politeness of Ms. Kelly and Ms. Natalie is something hard to find. Location is extremely clean, well maintained and safe. We would highly recommend this location for your extra space. Thank you again Ms. Kelly and Ms. Natalie for providing great customer service.

I reserve the unit online and Kelly call me to confirm. I told Kelly that I would like to visit the property the following day so I met with Kelly around 10:30 she introduced herself and the minute I walked in it was a very warm and welcoming feeling not only that I felt very comfortable. Kelly is very experienced in her profession she showed me the property and the unit that I will be renting and made me feel very welcome she went over all of the information that I needed to know. My brother referred me to this location I used Extra Space Storage in the past and I will recommend anyone to use Extra Space Storage this store and the ryewater location are very clean.

Totally satisfied with Extra Space Storage on Bay Area Blvd. Kelly and staff are always professional, and very helpful. Kelly is always available to help any of us...and go the extra mile. I feel more like family than a customer.
