I cannot say how awesome Jennifer is! She showed my boyfriend and I around to look at units that we were thinking of getting. She gave us the "Jennifer tour" which was hilarious (very easy to get turned around in the big storage facility). We got a unit bigger than what we needed since the one that would have been perfect was suppose to be taken. The day before move in day, she calls and explains that the perfect size unit was available! She really was looking out for us and I couldn't be more appreciative. I will be moving in tomorrow and signing paper work for the new unit on Monday! I highly recommend this storage unit. Very helpful staff.

Love this storage very clean safe and fantastic customer service. Elevator available which is nice. Very friendly and talkative employees make you feel so welcomed and like family. Conveniently located. Recommend to everyone..

Excellent new, clean facility with good prices. Customer service is top notch and Darell is a great rep. (PS: They could raise the gate keypad about a foot -- not everyone drives a Mini Cooper.)

The staff here was incredibly helpful in getting us set up with a unit and making sure we were taken care of. Everything went so smoothly! The units and buildings are clean and well maintained. Thank you for everything!

Darrell and Jennifer have been a definite life saver! Our company had to vacate a warehouse we've had for 20+ years due to end of lease terms. Of course all of this happened right before and after Hurricane Harvey so rental spaces in the area were becoming scarce but we had to make it happen. Both of these awesome people worked to find us exactly what we needed in a matter of minutes and as our needs grew, worked to find us more space. Their customer service skills are beyond anything I'm come across in a while and make anyone who walks in the door feel at home. I can't say THANK YOU enough!!
