It's clean and the associates are knowledgeable of what services and products they are offering. They have honest recommendations. Definitely recommend to a friend or family member. The only complaint is one associates comments. My husband wet to the bathroom and she started cussing as she went by saying all the guys come here to poop. Yes its funny, we all know poop stinks no matter who it comes from but she could have kept the comment to herself. Nobody wants to know hear from a stranger how they stink unless you get a kick out of it!

Can not call into actual store. A call center can get them a message for you, but if you physically want to speak to someone from the actual store or see if you left something you will have to drive up there to speak to them! So irritating

The guy that rang me up was nice and friendly I really appreciate his help.But the girl that was working there that showed us the storages was being very rude and barley wanted to open the storage to show us how big they were.She was making rude comments and faces towards us. Due to me asking about the free month that uhaul usually has which I really don't see a problem if that's what the company promotes. I think she should not work with Customer service if she has problems with people asking questions.And to top it off she was being so rude that she didn`t even remove the green lock like she was supposed to had to move in the following day. What a hassle.

Overall I was happy with the service just seems like the need a few more employees at this location sometimes.

Ive noticed alot of improvement in management and customer service prior to visiting this location a year and a half ago (February '16) I was iffy on returning at first but the new manager seems to oblige by Uhaul standards and not to mention the truck i rented this past weekend was throughly cleaned and smelled amazing.
